Was given these when I bought a set if Utili-Trac Cleats & Bed Extender off a forum member. He said these things are awesome and used them all the time but for rust?

That makes sense. The guy who threw them in the deal with the bed extender said, "These things are sloop useful. I used them all the time!" Wonder what HE used them for

Yep they are, had a bed cover when I bought my truck.
