The Roadster is now a driver. Not a daily driver, but an occasional way to cut back on gas and have a little fun at the same time.

I've had it for about 2.5 years, but just got it registered 08/01/08. I don't even know what kind of mileage it gets yet, but it's a ton.

I'm like a lot here - not a long drive to work - about 15 minutes. So gas is not a huge issue for me, but every little bit helps. On good weather days between now and October, and if I don't need to haul something, there's a good chance I'll be driving this car. Downside is that it needs at least 93 octane with the mods.

Espirit? Nice car dude what year
1994. the window sticker for these was 17/27. I have never gotten better then 18 and that was once. With the mods it has it is next to impossible to not get on it. :)

Looks like gas is settling some. Hopefully the trend continues. It will never be cheap again but who knows.

well i have a 26 mile one way trip to work, but my titan sits there anywhere from 14-21 days while im at work in the oil field. i also have a 2003 honda cbr 954. so i drive the bike when im off. its hot, but a little sweat never hurt anyone.

The Titan if, My 1500HD 4x4 was not even hitting 12MPG and I am getting at least 14 in the Titan all the time. I also switch with my HD Ultra Classic which is about 35MPG and a lot more fun

Thats pretty cool, yea gas went down 30 cents over here

Wife has an '08 Altima, which gets 34+ on the highway and 22-24 around town. I also have an '89 Jeep Wrangler, but it only gets a few mpg more than the Titan.

I have a pedal bike, it gets about the best fuel economy you can buy. :bump:
I will post a pic if you like, it is a piece of junk from wally world.

Same Titan just with the stock tires, but I think I got better gas mileage on the hwy with the 35's. Plus it looked a lot better, Now I have a big gap between the tire and the fender. So looks like I'm gonna sacrifice gas for style, can't have a funky looking Titan.

Just picked up a white 08 Civic EX with NAV and will be getting a white (of course) Ducati 848 after a house purchase - can't mess with my credit yet.

I don't have one for daily driving, so my '07 Titan for 40 miles/day is my daily driver. However, I have been trying to get more training trips out of town close to friends and family so that I can travel in a company fleet vehicle (usually an '07+ Altima if I'm by myself). I don't have the money right now for another vehicle, and I use my truck too much time-to-time to dump it for something smaller. Maybe in a few years, I'll get something to drive everyday and park the Titan.
get a cheap 4cly beater civic or something like 2 grand. you will save money on gas and miles on your truck. youll pay it off in about a yr anyways with the money youll save

1969 Citroen Mehari
This thing is waay too much fun.
It gets 35 in town, and 28 poking around off road.

I'm looking to get a beater for around town. I spend about 20-30/week in my titan just driving to the stores in town and 2 min. to work. The only thing is I would probably still break even with the increase in insurance costs. I hate being 24 when it comes to payin insurance. Allstate was the cheapest I could find in my area and its $140/month.

Still use the Titan, just use the freeway more often and set the cruise at 65 mph. I'm getting about 17.5 mpg with mostly highway and some city.

08.5 Titan is the only thing I have. Work pays me 0.565 cents a mile to drive this beast. I'd say 95% of the miles on my truck are for work purposes.

well isnt that convenient! i wish i was getting paid to drive around my titan lol

Still drive my Titan 40 miles round trip with 315's. I can't see buying a gas saver, then maintenance, insurance and gas for another vehicle. No savings in that.
