Just ordered a new pair of OEM Nissan valve covers and gaskets from Z1. Thanks to the guy who recommended them on here a while ago! 🤙🏼

No thanks required. Just passing along the info as many many many others have done for me in the past. Smart decision and definitely sound practice to just replace when originally just doing the gaskets.

Browsed Amazon for after market headlamps, seems they were double the price a couple years ago.

Still waiting on Z1 Off-road to ship my valve covers and gaskets... I haven't gotten any updates. From checking the invoice it looks like they must not have had them in stock and had to order them from somewhere else?

Lame. Usually (from pst experience) they show real time stock and ship quickly.

Over the weekend, I swapped out my failing sunroof motor and my driver's side window regulator. Got a used sunroof motor off ebay and a TYC regulator and motor assembly from RockAuto. Both are good so far, and easily installed. One caution if you do the regulator, check out the limit switch reset procedure before you install the regulator in the door, because you have to pull the motor to reset.

Nope. And I can attest to the fact that does not stop the auto-rollup anti-pinch feature from dropping the window 4-5" after hitting top of stroke.

Yes. There's a procedure laid out in the service manual in the Glass and Window section.
