Hey All!

Need some help deciding what grille to put on the T. I have a galaxy black LE. I am wanting to get some black rims but want to leave the bumpers/handles/mirrors chrome, or for now anyway. Might color match later but not any time soon. Also will be getting black housing headlights. I was thinking one of these options:

-1 pc Billet (black or polished)
-3 pc black Billet with chrome or color matched shell
-3 pc mesh with chrome or color matched shell

I am having a tough time deciding what to do

Here is a pic of my stock front end.

I had the chrome billet on my 07 SE and it was too much chrome for me so I had it powder coated. Then I wanted alll black so I traded it in for black bumbered pro4x and installed the black 4 pc grillcraft.

check out the K2 grill. they have them in chrome or black. its a full replacment grille shell. i have the black one and it looks great

if you have the cash, you cant go wrong with rbp. or the grille mod and paint the chrome black.

HAHA! Ya man, looks great! If I had a white truck I would be all over it. But with the black DIY grille mod I'm not a big fan of being able to see everything in behind it. I am leaning toward a 1 pc billet. If I don't like it then I will use my chrome shell with the DIY Mod.

I was thinking that I would get it pc'ed once I get some black rims. Might leave it polished till then? So dang expensive tho. I missed the boat on a couple good deals on here cuz I thought the one pc fit a 09 differant but it seems that 1 pc replacments fit all years the same. Son of a .....!~!

now all chrome besides door handles and rear bumper are black

I did the exact same thing Canadian. let several go because i didn't think they would fit.

Any update? I think one piece would look good.

Nothin yet. If I go with black rims then I think I will get the 1 pc in black but if I go with chrome rims I will leave the stock grille with black inserts. I think that IbChris has a good look with the chrome rim/grille combo.

Gonna wait to see what pops up on here in the Buy/Sell

Alright so I got the black one piece billet on right now and love it. I am in the process of doing the headlight mod and got a call from a guy that is going to trade my chrome grille for a black one. Now I am back at square one. With the modded headlights should I do the grille mod on the black grille or leave the billet and paint it black?? I don't like anything that you can see through and it seems that the black billet is pretty transperant? Whatcha all think??

Side note- The black grille is off of an 05 Armada. It should fit on my 09, correct?
