What is this part

Hi folks, I was changing my oil and filter on my 2012 Titan and when I dropped the skid plate this piece fell out. It is about 5x7 inches and half is hard plastic and half is flexible rubber. It resembles a mud flap but it isn't obvious to me where it came from. I would appreciate any help identifying it!

That's a little vent thingy that is supposed to be attached to the radiator/fan shroud. I've seen them, on mine, not sure if it is really necessary...look for the cutout on the fan shroud/radiator that is close to that shape.
