I have a 2019 pro4x with a k&n cold air intake and a fitch fuel catalyst since adding the fuel catalyst my mpg has gotten way better. Before adding it I was averaging 16 to 18 mpg at around 65 to 70 mph on 93 octane. After adding the fitch fuel catalyst my mpg has been at around 21 to 23mpg at 65 mph on 87 octane gas. The truck idles more smoother and the exhaust fumes are not smelly as before the catalyst helps the engine burn the gas more complete. If you want to read up on it look it up here at https://fitchfuelcatalyst.com/automotive

2019 titan sv No addons i get 17.1 mpg

Had a 2017 sv was pretty base and i got upwards of 22 mpg

I think the weight difference is why i got such different mpg avg. My 2019 i think is heavier due to the tow package and the comfort and convenient package and few other dealer/ manufacturer packages.
My dad has a 2017 titan pro4x crew cab and he is averaging around 15mpg (not using the trucks computer) on 87 octane. I have a 2012 pro4x king cab and I am averaging around 12mpg on 87 octane also not using the trucks computer. All the driving is combination of the country side and highway. Both trucks are 100% stock.

If you do some add ons you should see better mpg
I just got a 2019 sv. Added a 2 inch leveling kit and 33 inch Toyo open county MTs. I’m averaging only 15.7 mpg.
21 - 23 with no add ons on a 2018 Pro4x. Add ons, such as K & N, are nothing more than snake oil.

If I drive the speed limits I will average 18.1mpg..

Here lately been running 75 to 80mph freeway... Average holding steady at 17.6mpg.
2019 pro4x most city driving 14 to 15. When doing longer drives I get around 17 to 19
19 Pro4X, no mods same as Olllian posted above.

18 Pro4X, no mods and generally get 15-16 city, 11-12 towing a 3500 lb pontoon boat, and 18-20 highway driving depending on speed and wind direction. 80 mph is usually 18 mpg, and 70 mph is around 20.
Averaging 19 a tank according to Fuelio. The best ever trip report on my dash shows 22.3 which happened on a 120 mile round trip to Home Depot.
Just remember people...no mods are necessary to get 20-23 mpg. It's all in your driving habits and the type of gas you use.

2017 Titan SL all stock my average is 18.1-18.3, lowest was in the 17-17.5s mainly due to a lot of city short distance and parked idling when moving for a day. Best has been 21-21.4 and that was an all highway drive.
16.5 with a calculator. 2018, only have pedal commander and 5100s. Mostly back roads and occasional hiway run.

Being that my current cylinders look like a cheese grater I hope my gas mileage improves after the short block replacement....
I can get 19 if I’m careful but I can’t keep my foot out of it
Hmm, now I see I am not the only one here. I average 17.3 under normal driving, and about 7.1 towing a 8000lb travel trailer. Guess that it is just the way it is with these big guys. Miss that fuel economy of my 2003 Frontier. Used to get around 23.3mpg.
