Just got a 04 4x4 titan. Really leaning towards the rough country 4" kit. But trying to read about what i want to do on this site, so much info. If i do the 4" lift do i need new UCA? also, it has 166k on it, would be better if i went ahead and got the 5100s, right?

Would also need some new tires and wheels too. Really like these, and would want 33s. what would be some good tires? dont need mud, all terrain is good enough. This isnt my DD. Hopefully this isnt wrong section for this, but wracking my brain past few days trying to figure it out.

you wouldnt need any new UCA with a lift.
5100 would be recommended for any Titan with stock struts and not wanting to shell out 1k for coilovers (IMHO)
33" tires will fit fine, with those rims and the lift would look great
the 4" lift from what ive read is actually around a 5- 5.5 lift and the 6" lift is more like 6.5-7.5.

My plan for my 2007 is Really close to yours with the other pro-comp rims at a 0 offset, with eventually the 4" RC lift and currently have the Bil 5100 at mid pearch

Ya, read that the 4" is a little higher, not a problem. Local discount tire has some wheels and tires that i like. Level 8 - Strike 6 20x9 and nitto terra grappler g2 275/60r20. Pretty sure i got a couple of friends that would help install the lift kit.
