thats what got me when I first read about it,

and that is what keeps me holding on to it through all the rattles and trips to the service techs LOL

 

Open up the box and BAMMMM!!! power, power and more power right off the bat w/o modifications. also the looks grew on me FAST!!! test drove it on my way to buy a Phantom Grey Tundra DC, boy was the toyota saleman pissed, oh well!!! i'm happy..

 

The looks were first, the fact that it wasnt a Ford or Chevy was second, then after the test drive - The power

 

For me it was the looks of the Titan. It is the best looking truck out there. I guess the power and utility isn't bad either.

Wasnt sold at first. Didnt want an f150 like every other guy on the road. Test drove it..........game over! Never had a test drive effect me like that one.

For ME it was the SEVERE BRAKE JUDDER!!!!!! NAAAAA!!!! just kidding, Looks was #2 reason, The NOISE when I stand on it was #1!!!!!!!!! And it has plenty of power to pull the boat. :domohit:

I'm originally from Mississippi so Pride was definitely first. Then I saw it and the looks won me over. Once my foot hit the gas on my test drive it was a done deal.

 

I got a big black 4X4 for under $24,000.

 

when my cheeks (lower) hit the seat--best feeling interior (back and front) of any truck i had been in. cheeks (upper) when they were smiling!!!

Fast, Vrooooom! Looks, or looks FAST. Fun, Fun Fun. Oh yeah, the sad looks from owners of the "other trucks (Big Three).

 

I gotta say looks, I drooled over a brochure for about 6 months and after seeing it in person, I knew I had to have it. The test drive just reassured me that I wanted it even worse!

 

i got it because i heard it had a ford engine and a ford transmission, plus some center dash styling cues from the f150 that were carried over... quality is job 1 !!!!

 

I have to admit at first I didnt like the looks of the Titan, stub nose, big body.....
But soon it started to grow on me. I caught myself telling others that the KC wasnt too bad, but the CC was too bubbly.....
Shortly after I found myself drooling over the KC and thinking "man that CC is even bigger and badder".
Then like so many others I test drove it, and fell into maddening obsessive love with it. Yeah I stalked her for a while, but I finally made her mine, all mine. :ftard:

 

I really just wanted to step outside of the box (the big three box).

 

I really wanted some of those "special bed bolts" but I passed for some low end lb/ft.

 

It's not the usual cookie cutter truck on the road. It hauls wicked arse. And it has the most interior room than any other 4 dr truck. Plus....it's a Nissan!

 

At first i was looking into a hemi ram-my company (ups) has employee discounts with chrysler, along with other car makers. But when i was building and pricing i didn't like how the price was around 33k. After i got a first hand look at the Titan at the LA autoshow, i was hooked. My only regret is i didn't get the big tow package...and that some idiot keyed my door =[. Other than that i totally love this truck

 

First and foremost, I needed a bigger truck for addition of another family member. Had "95 Nissan Kingcab. Second was previous experience w/ Nissan trucks. Third was I liked the way it looked when the pictures came out months before they were available. Fourth was the comfy interior when I got in for the test drive. Fifth was the sound it made when I turned the key. Sixth, and the best reason, the POWER!!! :coolsmile Seventh was the realistic price vs. the others inflated prices. The looks I get from drivers of the "other" trucks was just a nice little side benefit.

Same here. My company, Verizon, gets a HUGE discount and that's before any cash back or incentives. The 34.5k HEMI I looked at was VERY tempting when the price came down to 27.3k, but one test drive and that was history for me. I could have gotten the same deal on either a Ford or GM but...I'm glad I went with my Titan.
