i would say BFG ko2 or toyo open country AT2. the KO2's are "snow flake" tires. the extreme weather rating thing.

Those federal couragia? Cheap for a reason.

Good to know, thanks, the couragias do they just wear out crazy fast?>
well i guess reviews on them are pretty mixed. So maybe you'll like them. They look like they'll get really loud as they wear out though.
Go with the BFG ko2s ...I just put a set of 285/70/17s on mine and have been loving them, we've had some recent heavy snow here and they are awesome in both ice and snow. I've had three sets of BFGs on mine and this ko2 redesign is legit.

$936 for a set of 4 ko2s is that a good price??
Yes that's a good price...I think I paid $240/tire. Worth every penny.

I have the federal couragias in a 35x12.50r20, and theyre not bad, not too loud (granted theyre still new, maybe 1000miles on them), and have decent road manners, havent done too much off road, but they do make the truck look pretty aggressive.

Another vote for the BFG ko2s. I just put a new set on my '05 BT OR after 2 sets of Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor Pro-Grades. I liked the Goodyear's and got +60k miles per set. This is my first set of BFGs and so far I really like them. Nice/aggressive design and great in the snow/ice we've had here in Colorado.
Go with the KO2's. Changed from the original BFG's a year ago after 25k and could not be more pleased. Wet weather is like night and day and snow is so much better. This is philly city driving with some pocono driving. 942 is a good price. GL
Throwing my hat in for KO2s as well. Put mine on around 2,000 miles or so ago. I've driven through rain, mud, snow, ice and freezing fog since then, the grip is great all around and I love the look. Expensive, but worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. Also heard they were rated for something ridiculous like 80,000 miles.

35x12.5R18. Blizzard White Titan with the white letters out.

Installed 295/55r20 nitto trail grapplers about a year ago. They are loud on the highway. Once I wear them out I plan on going to the ko2's size 305/55r20.
What size would you guys recommend for the Ko2s? Guess im going to get those. Just wondering if I should go larger than 285

Size is totally up to what you use your truck for, what type of mileage you're willing to take and what kind of stance you want. I personally love the look and function of mine, but they'd probably be too wide for someone who uses their rig mainly for towing for example.
If you're on stock rims and stock height I'd stay with 285's, imo anything bigger or wider just looks stuffed in there and you have to deal with rubbing in many cases. I'm on my third set of 285's with a front level kit only only way I'd go bigger is if I bracket lifted and/or went with wider wheels.

Ok ill just stick with 285s didnt think that bigger would start rubbing at that point. Thanks.
look into some tires in a 285/75/17. had those before my current set.
