whats better?

cst 7 inch or fabtech 6 inch if i go with cst i was going to go with fox or bilstein shock.but fabtech has there dirt logic so i was going to put there coilovers in front and the rear shocks with reservoirs.so what would be better?

The Fox is an emulsion shock, forget it.
Bilstein makes good product but not a bolt in race shock for titans
Dirtlogic shocks are mediocre

Get a quality coilover from SAW or Radflo.
