If no one tries to Irish the price, it was too low. If they do, take the best first offer you can negotiate against to as much as they will go up. If someone tries to low-ball (anything off by 20% or more), thank them for their time, but you have other things to do. Just don't be greedy or you'll own your truck for a long time.
Either Edmunds or KBB has a zip code filter for vehicle value setting...go there and use it. It will tell you what people are paying in your specific market based on transfer dollars used in registrations. I live in RAM country....trucks are cheap here, and getting cheaper. TrueCar is also good for immediate feedback on what's being sold only by dealers and at what prices.
