Ok.....so wheres the catch why are these wheels so cheap? I know that its for a single with "some small" blemishes but there are multiple singles for sale for is it safe to buy?

That seams alittle fishy to me. The people selling run a ebay store so I believe they charge what the customer wants them to charge, but that seem unreal.

I ahve been looking to purchase new wheels, mine has the same steel wheels it looks like yours does, but that is the first one of those wheels I have seen on here.
