I recently purchased a 2017 Titan Pro-4x and installed a 1.5 inch level kit and more aggressive tires. With the new rubber I got the tire shop to perform a wheel alignment. Upon picking up my truck the tech advised that they were able to get the toe and camber within spec but were unable to get the caster within spec. The steering now feels a little twitchy. Should I be concerned with the caster being slightly out of spec and if so any recommendations on how to address it?

When I ordered the level kit I also ordered cam bolts which I provided to the shop should they be needed. The shop actually had the truck for an extra day because they said they were having difficulty getting the new bolts installed. I will have to look and make sure that they actually did install them. If the cam bolts are installed is there any reason they still wouldn't be able to get the caster within spec?

technically camber bolts are for camber. your UCA affects cast more. UCA such as Dirtking supply easier / more adjustment

Did you solve your alignment problem? If you did, how? Thanks.

My 2017 Came with factory cam eccentric kit installed. I was also unable to get the alignment with in specs. The left side caster and camber (negative 1.6 degrees) was way out. I did try new cam kit. It was the same as the stock Cams. I had to pull out the cam kits and elongate the frame holes (at lease a 3/8 of an inch slot). Then put a come-a-long in the bump stop holes and pull the control arm in. I worked for over 12 hours working on this alignment. I tried everything. I even had Hunter come out and recalibrate my alignment machine. The Truck now drives great. I will now tack weld the eccentric to the frame now. This kicked my Butt. By the way truck has under 1k miles on it.
