im about 8000 (49000 on the truck) miles into a 6" procomp lift with 33" ko's and ive noticed a little grinding that seems to coming from the left front wheel bearing. ive also got a cut in the right outer cv boot and some wear on the left inner boot where two of the bellows are touching each other. i am thinking about ordering parts from nissanpartscheap.com.

questions:
1-has anybody ordered from this place
2-anybody know what the factory torque specs are for the wheel bearing bolts
3-on the cv boots should i use the nissan boot bands or screw type hose clamp :lookaroun

I had an issue with one of the clamps on my RF outer CV boot. I bought a large stainless screw type hose clamp and put it on there. Cut off the excess length and it's been fine since. Has been on there for a good 20k. I'd be sure to mount the clamps so the "leading edge" is facing opposite of rotation-if you don't understand what I'm saying, let me know, I'll try to explain it better.

Also note that the stock type clamps, oetiker clamps, require a special tool to install them (oetiker pliers).
