Where’s the gremlin??

07 - New to me with 303kms and I’m sure whoever has been playing with the wiring before me with rooftop beacon, trailer brakes, GPS all evidently previously installed and removed. I have daytime running lights, signals, brake, Interior lights, fog lights all work fine but no beam or taillights. I replaced the low beam relay in the IPDM and all the fuses and bulbs. Picked up the combination switch at a wrecker and swapped that out too without any result. Any ideas where to look next? IPDM seems unlikely. Is there some other relay for the combination switch or something? Anyone know what all the relays behind the dash by the steering column are?
