I'm takin my truck to a local muffler shop at lunch time to have an H-Pipe added in to my dual exhaust. When I had it put on before we just cut the muffler out at the dual ins (2007 has the dual input muffler) about halfway back from the front and welded 2.5" pipes onto the 2" that are there. Then we ran those about 4 ft or so to 2 Flowmaster 40 Delta Flows. Then more 2.5" out the back behind each wheel.
Anyway, where should I have the H-Pipe placed in the line of pipe for the best advantage? Closer to the front in the 2" pipe or after the transition into the 2.5" pipe?
Thanks,
