So my truck came with a leveler installed. No block in the rear, just a spacer inside the coil bucket.
I want to install bilsteins, but the guide here says in order to stack them and not have coild bucket contact it has to be 2" or less...
So I know the spacer is not 2" thick (mor elike 1.5"), but I don't know if the spacer size and lift are a 1:1, i.e. if I have a 1.5" spacer, is that really a 2.5" lift, etc.

Anyone know?

Spacer size and lift are not a 1:1 ratio. I can't remember the ratio exactly, but I'm sure someone will chime in. I think your spacer probably measures around 1.4", and a 1.4" spacer equates to a 2.5" lift.

1:1.6 you're right.
