If you couldn't buy a Titan of course, which of these two trucks would you pick? Assume the same cost, the chevy switched for a GMC version with the 6.0L vs. the 5.7L Tundra.

Definitely the Tundra. Even most of GMs new vehicles are has-beens.

even thou I can't stand the look of the tundra I would have to stick with the Jap's ( just shortend the word, no race games!). Much better quality!

I'll buy GM because in todays market they have the best engine management and transmission. I worked very closely with GM Powertrain engineers in development of their 07 and up models and lot of detail and good technology went in them.

Toyota is a very good vehicle, they had some problems with the 07. But I'll just wait for 09 before I buy Tundra. 07- had problems; will see if they are fixed in 08. If fixed then I'll buy 09 Tundra.

I have to go with with the above post...the aftermarket following is humongous for the GM 6.0 if your after max potential, and the interior is not shabby at all. The "Tuna" still looks like a guppy to me.
