Titan is terrible on gas mileage. Especially with any mods. Or at least from my experience.

You also have some heavy a$$ bumpers. The extra weight from the tires and the bumpers is going to kill you

When you are calculating mileage, are you adjusting your mileage figure based on the new size of the wheel? This can significantly throw off your results (but your never going to see 16 with that setup). For example, My wife's Pathfinder has wheel that are one size larger than stock 2xx/75/17 vs 2xx/65/17 and it throws off the odometer by 3 miles for every 100 miles. That's about a 10 miles difference on the reading over a long hwy trip. Its not much, but it is enough to raise the MPG over indicated by almost 1 MPG.

Anyway, just a thought, but most of the trucks I see on this website are in the 10-12 range with a big lift and 35" Mud Terrains.

I have been getting 16.2 on the Titan, this is mostly highway.

People asked me all the time what kind of MPG I go with my Jeep Wrangler, lifted, bumpers, body armor etc. I allways told then I do not know, I don't want to know.

That is what my recomendation to you is, learn how to "not want to know". Once you do that you have truelly accepted the concequences of waht you ahve done to your truck. Give and take.

If you want gas mealage go back to stock or ignore those that say they get the same as before the lift and tires.

Some friend of mine just just got a brand new dodge witha 5.7 and another with a Tundra both brag about how great their MPG is. Mine is great if I drive like an old lady too..

You also need to factor in what state you live in and the type of gas. There are over 50 different blends. In the summer I get 10, when I get gas in NC or Upstate NY my mileage jumps 30%.

Going from a regular blend to an ultra low sulfur gas with ethanol I lost 5 miles per gallon. Thank you EPA and environmentalists.

I thought my '06 did very well on MPG for a full size truck. With the OEM tires on the off road package and a mini lift I got 12-15 putting around the farm and consistent high teens on the highway. On one rare occasion when I had to get some turkeys to the vet in a hurry, I filled up right off of the interstate and burned the entire tank without any stops at 75 miles an hour and calculated 20 MPG when I had to stop and fill up. Must have had the wind at my back or something :)
