I installed 20pro4x struts on my 2009 4x4 LE. I also installed a 2” RC leveling kit in the front. I have the pro4x rear shocks but haven’t installed them yet.
The front looks and measures higher than the rear. When I measure the top of the wheel to the bottom of the wheel well, there’s a 2” difference. Is this normal? Wouldn’t the front and back measure the same hight if it was “leveled?” Is the pro4x suspension a unique height?
Since installing the leveling kit I have learned that 2” may have been too high, so I don’t really expect the front and back to be the same height. But the difference seems bigger than I would expect.
I plan on putting a 2” spacer in the back to truly level the truck, but I’m still confused as to why I would need 2” in front and back to level the truck.
