Two things at play here. First, from what I understand, Gen2 Pro4X suspension is taller (OEM config) than other Gen2 or any Gen1. I think I recall reading that it's about half an inch or an inch taller. Additionally, you added 2" on top of that, which is more than the rake (1.5") on 08-up 4wd trucks, all of which were the same ride height, when on the same tire size. So you took a truck with a 1.5" rake and lofted the front 2.5-3", thus it is nose high.

You can certainly lift the back (I have some 1.5" blocks I'll sell you if you want them - I swapped to get a little more height). But in addition, you're going to need new front UCAs with that much lift. Otherwise you'll have coil bucket contact (CBC) and eventually crack your OEM UCAs. Options range from Rough Country (around $350) to Dirt King or Icon ($550-650 depending on your choice of bushings or heim joints). For quality for the dollar, the DK arms are very hard to beat. If you can find used (like I did) you can do heim joint arms for much cheaper. I paid $320 shipped for my PRG UCAs used.

Unlike the front shocks (which include the spring), the rear shocks are separate from the leaf springs and provide only dampening rather than dampening and suspension support. To lift the rear, you either add blocks, or you add stiffer leaves to hold more arch in the leaf spring, or you swap to leaf springs with a higher arch.

I'm not sure if the OEM Pro4X Gen2 rear suspension is lifted or not. If it is, you'll need to be sure the shocks you use are suited to the suspension height you have in the rear. If the shock's extended length is shorter than your total suspension droop, it will become a jolting limiter to downward suspension travel. if the compressed length is longer than your suspension's minimum height at full compression, you'll break your shocks if you hit max compression on the suspension.
