No. It's roughly 2.5" pipe, the banks collector is 3".
is there anyway that i can my stock y pipe just after the collector and weld in a 2.5 to 3 inch adapter. i sure i can buy one at the auto parts store. that dr gas one is nice but a little pricy.
Just take the exhaust off after the Banks Y-pipe, leave the Banks Y-pipe on and drive it around for a bit. Then come back and tell us how you like it.

IF you like full throttle runs...WOT in the mud, sand, hill climbing. Then the BANKS is the system for you..best gains in the upper RPM range. Best bullet proof system that continues to have the unbeatable sound in the industry. :gunz: :gunz:
i already have trouble keeping my tires from spinning when racing. the titan falls on its face up top so i think i may keep this y pipe because thats where i would like my inprovment is up top, not down low...

You don't have the muffler, tip, and all that extra piping that your exhaust has to travel through, should give you a bit more power. The sound is mean too, and if you thought the Banks was loud with all that on, wait till you take it off, easilly at least twice as loud. Felt like it pulled better through the whole rpm range as well, sounded like a muscle car with headers and open cutouts at WOT. The fun was definitly worth the trouble getting it on and off.
