I searched and searched trying to find out if anyone had 325/65R18's and couldn't find anyone.

I recently got offered a pretty good deal on some Nitto Terra Grapplers, with the above size, and would like to know if they would fit if I purchased the 4" PRG Performance Package. I have a 4wd and plan on running Pro Comp 18x9" wheels.

Any advice is appreciated.

Depends mostly on the backspacing and rim width. Most 9" are 4.5" backspacing and will rub when you turn the steering wheel to full lock. They, 35s, will probably rub. Just do the pinch weld mod, (by Kartman).

Btw, what Procomp, what Backspacing?

I called Pro Comp today and they said that with their 18x9 series 7005 for a Titan is 5" of backspacing. So now I don't know if thats good or bad.

OEM is about 5.5" backspacing. 5" is good for wide tires/rims, but you still will probably need the pinch weld mod. [More the wheel sticks out the more likely they will rub when you turn the steering wheel to full lock, and taller/wider tires make it worse].

When I look for aftermarket wheels I'm already planning for the pinch weld mod so I can get 9" wide wheels with 4.5" backspacing so they stick out and give me a wider track for more stability.

So OEM 5.5" B.S. to 5" B.S. sticks them out a half inch.
OEM 8" wide rims to 9" rims sticks them out an inch more. Your new setup will stick out and inch and a half more, (outside of the rim). 12.8" wide tires will stick out roughly another inch more than the stock 265 18s would, on the new rims, both towards the inside and towards the outside.

So although you'll rub at the pinch weld, at least with the 5" B.S. you shouldn't rub against the steering knuckle/spindle. [For 2wd with a 4" CST spindle and a 13" tire a 4.75" B.S. would give a little more clearance].

I have those tires on my stock rims without any rubbing. I do have the PRG leveling kit, nothing else. I too am looking into the 4 " preformance lift.

Good information, but please clarify .... your sig states you are running the 33" 325/60/18s .... "04 Titan ... 18x9kmc badlands on 325/60 nitto terragrapplers ..."

But Rev13 is considering the 35" 325/65/18. Still good info. but 33s vs. 35s will probably make a big difference.

Thanks guys.

I ran over to the Nissan dealer close to my house and took a look at a Titan with a 6" lift and spoke to the service manager and asked him if he 35" tires would fit with a 4" lift from his knowledge. He said it wouldn't without a 6" lift. That worried me because I want 35" tires but my main concern is that I don't want to have to leave the truck outside because it won't fit in the garage.

I finally was able to get to talk to Greg at PRG and he told me that 325/65R18 will not fit with his 4" performance lift. I decided to go with the Pro Comp stage 1 lift with Radflo's, Blistein's, and a 4" CST pack in the rear. Greg assured me that with this setup my tires would fit and I would still be able to get my truck in the garage. :bandit:

a 325/65/18 is about a 32 and a 1/2
You must be confusing this with a 325/60/18, (some brands of these might be 32.5" in a 60 series, but not in a 65 series).
