Will these wheels fit?

Hello all, I have an 06' CC 4x4 with a leveling kit. It's time for some new wheels and I really like the Pro Comp 6001 series. My question is will these fit. They have an offset of -19mm and a backspace of 4.5in. I'm looking at the 18x9.5's. Also getting 325/60's and wondered if i'd have rubbing. I don't mind doing the pinch weld mod, but want to make sure these will work even after that is done. Thanks for your help.
