with these lift kits you can use the Total Chaos Upper Control Arms.
you can use the Deaver spring pack with a smaller block and the 5150 Bilstein Rear shocks as long as they are the longer ones for lifted trucks.but in front it would be best to use the PRG valved bracket lifted (longer) RADFLO 2.5" RAISED TITAN COILOVERS

the Donahoe might work with a shorter spacer that comes with the lift kit.
