The simple way to wire this requires two N.O. relays and two SPST switches - one set for each light location. Relays would have four contacts, one set to turn the relay on and the other set provides power to the light. Switches are simple two contact, off or on.
The more elaborate way uses the same relays but replaces the two switches with one center-off, DPDT switch. Wiring this configuration is not difficult but the two switch configuration is probably less expensive.
