Again, daughter's 06 Nissan Titan 4x4

Truck will not start when the front end is facing up hill. Starts fine in any other direction. It will turn over, it just won't start.

My first thought is that the fuel pump is allowing the fuel to drain back and not delivering to the engine....anybody else know what it might be?

Probably the fuel pressure regulator. Modern FI engines like the VK56DE maintain some pressure in the lines for rapid delivery of fuel at startup.
