I was debating whether or not to order a wood dash kit for my truck. I was thinking of ordering something from this website Sherwood Molded and Flat Dash Kits My question is whether anyone has installed one of these and if they are long lasting I don't want to spend 300$ on something that will fall apart in three weeks. Pictures would also be helpful. Thanks.

I would never spend that much on some ugly fake wood stuff but just my .02

If you really want a good lookin wood dash, I would take it to a specialty place that custom makes it. It'll cost 1k or so, but you get what you pay for. I doubt the stuff on that website is quality at all, and you will end up spending the 300 for it, it will suck, then you'll be out 300 and have to go another route. I'f you really want that look, I don't recommend ordering something from an online store. At least if you get it all custom made you can do all kinds of cool wood strips that match throughout the entire vehicle and it will look really sharp. Plus you can hand pick everything and see exactly what you are getting. But I'm sure you were looking at that because it's fairly cheap.

You dont wont those. All they are are Decals that you paste over the dash. Look at the instructions.

thanks for the input I decided the money would be better spent elsewhere Its not worth 300$ for what are essentially stickers.

good choice! ebay sells wooddash stickers for way less... probably same quality though
