Have you watched the scan tube in the upper speeds. You maybe limited only in the lower range......
Previous years would limit the throttle body up to 40 mph before opening all the way.
The 4X4's in the early years seemed to come in sooner at about 17 mph I think it was.
So I assume the newer models are the same...and I assume the scan tool can read the ECU correctly.
I assume it too be true and there is nothing you can do until UpRev cracks the new ECU like they did on the earlier models.
