WOT is 92%

Hey i've been playing with my new scan tool and have noticed WOT is only 92% open all the way to floor. Any ideas how to adjust?

That's how it's read. Does not mean it's not wide open. Some cars/trucks read 100 at WOT while some read even lower.

You are reading with Cipher right?
Even before UpRev you were getting 100% WOT except only after 40mph.
