Just weld the crack. That's what we did on my buddys Titan. It's been fine for about 2 years so far!

I though about that but didn't know how well the weld would hold up, what are the manifolds made of on the titans, i assumed they were cast like the older manifolds i'm used to working with but didn't look like it when i looked at them the other night.

They're just regular steel. Not cast thank god.
