I don't believe so. You'd have to buy them after the fact.

keep checking ebay. I'm sure there will be a lot of Titan owners upgrading to aftermarket wheels. You should be able to get a great deal on some slightly used Titan wheels and maybe even get some tires thrown in on the deal. Shipping will cost a small fortune though.
