PLug it in, goes to download stock file and it says try to update, I tried, Four times, all up to date, this error message comes up. WTF??

The calibration for your vehicle is not currently supported. Information about your vehicle has been sent to our engineers for analysis and you will be notified via e-mail when a calibration is available for your vehicle.- You may unplug your Programmer.

Hmm...i had some error report when i first went to update the cortex with my comp that had vista. I had to use my other computer w/ XP to update. are you sure the update is complete? You might wanna call Superchips support monday morning.

It happens a lot mine said the same thing when I had first got mine call them up Monday and give them the file number should be ZH??? Then they will call you when its ready took just a day for me good luck and its worth the wait

So they have to build a file for your ECU, so what??? Same thing happened when I got mine and they had it available for download the next week. No reason to whine about it, you can still send it back for a refund and let those of us who patiently waited show you up. -hehe :D

Do they say when you purchase it that it will take a set amount of days before the program is ready?

We enclose a ‘read before installing’ instruction booklet in the box with the product stating that we make every effort to include all of the files available to Superchips at the time of product release.

The vehicle manufacturer makes countless vehicle files depending on specific make, model, engine, driveline, optional equipment, and regulatory components installed for emissions etc. We tune Superchips performance files based on those factory files; therefore, we provide the ‘needs update’ mechanism to ensure your vehicle is 100% compatible with the upgraded files.

We are not intentionally keeping you from enjoying the product. When an update is needed we try very hard to get these files built in the shortest amount of time possible so that you are not inconvenienced any longer than necessary.
