By the middle of next month I should have my headers, catback and hi-flow cats installed. Should I make the trip to RelentlessRPM or order the Uprev myself? If I do get tuned at Relentless do I get any software (osiris) to keep or would I have to buy it as well?

Great question! A couple of months ago I would be sitting here waiting for all the answers from others to make the same decision myself... Now, having been through the whole process, I have some answers that you make take with however many grains of salt you like.
First, a disclaimer: I have no affiliation with Relentless RPM and have not been offered any special deals, sponsorship, or any other kind of renumeration to represent them or other wise toot their horn - I just like the way they do business and I like having someone here in Florida that is that interested in my truck. I got hooked up with them because my ECU had not yet been dumped so it could be patched for tuning and they were able to arrange for me to dump it myself to get the process started instead of having to make multiple trips to have them or another Pro Tuner do it and then again to tune me. They were also highly recommended by someone who's opinion I trusted completely and that by itself is invaluable to me.
Now, my
opinion: Give Brad at Relentless a call. Period. They can sell you any level of Uprev you'd like to get and they are HERE IN FLORIDA so you get "local" support whatever way you decide to go. They will sell you the "one time tune" done on a dyno and you won't have to mess with it again (I believe that's the $650 deal but do check) or you can get the whole package with Osiris and Cypher and either have their Pro Tuner do just e-tunes or add a dyno tune to get the most out of it. I chose the whole deal with dyno tune and John (the Pro Tuner) sent me e-tunes to get me going until I got down there for the dyno tune. The e-tunes were great (I did the logging, he re-tuned, etc) but NOTHING compares with what he can do with your truck on his dyno... I'm getting headers later this month and I will be going back down to get tweaked on the dyno again - I fully intend to get the most out of my investment. You will be missing out on a lot if you don't at least get Cypher with your tune - it is an invaluable performance analyzer and diagnostic tool. If you're into that kind of detail...
I am not saying anything at all against Uprev - they are still making their money on a great product and Jared was very helpful from the beginning of the process but, they are slammed most of the time and I doubt you want to drive there to get personal service or a dyno tune. I didn't...
I am also not saying anything against the other two Pro Tuners here in Florida but I don't have any experience with them other than phone conversations and Relentless has gone out of their way to become involved with the Titan community and is a full service performance shop that is working on every aspect of our trucks - they get "it" and they get "us". No one else is going nearly that distance. I will be going there for most anything I can't do myself from now on - the 2.5 hour drive is worth it for the quality of work and peace of mind. The customer service is awesome. The prices are as good or better than anywhere else... It's a no-brainer for me.
Hope that helps. PM me if you'd like any more details.
Man, it was a long post! Several answers since I started writing it... ah well...
