I have a crew smoke se, exhaust, intake, rf stereo ( well actually updgraded system), big tow, 4x4, off road with 6000 miles.

Nissan customer service is really getting on my nerves. I love my truck, but my wifes darn buick rainier has the same miles and all we have done is change the oil with absolutely no problems, while I love the titan ( oh do I love the engine) these little knick nacks are getting on my nerves and Nissan refuses to tale care of it mistakes in my case at least. this is my first 35K car as I am only 28, but man I dont expect to have to wait three months for a single part,or to have them blow out my aftermarket speakers, and blow the grounds in my amp, or two weeks just to get a faulty radio ORDERED not received---geez nissan. I havent decided to sell it yet as it is my daily driver and I would hate to have to drive a buick around every day, and It may sound like internet geekdom but I would really miss coming to titantalk every two hours to talk with other titan maniacs

but was wondering what folks think or have seen used titans go for

thx

Well there is no blue book on them yet so that works in your favor I'd imagine. If someone says they want to buy it they can't say "well its books at $$, blah blah blah". I'd start high and see what happens, this truck is getting really popular really fast, when I first bought mine I didn't see any on the road now there everywhere!

I'm going to pass on the 2004 myself... but you can bet that if I get a 2005 and I have to take the truck in several times in the first few months, I'm going to raise holy hell. They had better fix these issues NOW.

^ what was up with the sloppy editing? Oh, and are we not allowed to talk about how many Titans we see on the road or something?

I traded in a 2003 Infiniti FX45 on my Titan. The Infiniti was a delight to drive and as a first year automobile, I had ZERO problems. Just took in for oil changes, tire rotations, etc.

I needed a pickup truck - looked at all makes and models. Settled on the Titan, for its good looks, powerplant, and utility. I purchased mine on the last day of June (DOB 6-19-04), trading in the FX. I have had ZERO problems with my Titan, just as with the Infiniti. Oil changes and tire rotations - that's it, boys. Sorry you have had so many problems. Guess I am lucky...

My brother works at a chevy dealer and he told us someone traded in a Titan LE King Cab and got 23k for it w/10k miles. He told me it was invoice- something( i dont remember). This is trade in price though, not reselling price.

trade in = getting the shaft. Dealer wants to make a buck off your trade in, can't blame them tho. Gotta keep the lights on somehow....

yea, when we traded in our f150 for our Titan, the wanted to give us 14k! We traded an 02 fx4 lariat supercrew with 30k miles. we ended up getting 21,000 for it which i think was ok.

21k on a 2yr old truck is pretty darn could on a trade in. I would most likely sell it myself since I have done soo much to it,a dealer would only take all the aftermarket stuff off.

IM still not sure yet. I am really trying to work with nissan, as I have had three nissans, and this is the first time I have had customer service issues with the service techs. after all my parts come in, I will try another servcie dept first. I just wish Nissan would have antied up on the stereo damage due to their service kids ( about $600-$1000 if I cant get the amp fixed)
