I would advise against using chamois. I'm sure some people would say otherwise, but I prefer a leaf blower. And after that i get rid of all the remaining water with the Adams waffle weave.

Leafblower X20.....Absorber for touch ups on glass & chrome.

Waffle weave microfiber. Can be sourced online or sometimes at Target or Wally-world. But, the in-store types are usually cheaper and don't absorb as much water and are not as soft as what's available at specialty shops. Expect to spend at least $15 -$20 for a good towel, but it'll last years.

Try a California water blade, as long as the truck is clean, it won't leave scratches.

Best tip, use water, yup, water. If the truck has a coat of wax on it, the water will sheet off if applied correctly. For the final rinse, take the nozzle off the hose and allow the gentle stream of water to cover the surface, starting from the top. Don't allow the water to splash on the surface, just kinda glide over it. The water will sheet off leaving very little left to dry, including windows if you wax them.

Happy washing!!

ABSORBER, best 8 bucks ever spent on a detail product. have been using the same one for 4 years now. works like new.

You cant dry anything with microfiber towels they literally smear the water around they dont absorb nothing.

Do you wash your Absorber after you use it each time?

And your second statement in FALSE. Yes you can dry your vehicle with a MF and not have it smear AND it will abosrb the water very well.

I've used the Adam's MF Drying Towel and not had any issues with it. In fact it works better than many chamois/drying towels I have used the past.

WOW A LEAF BLOWER!!! I would have never thought of that in a MILLION YEARS!!! Thanks! I have a 210MPH TORO electric leaf blower/vacuum just sitting around for nothing! Only had used it a few times for leafs! New purpose for it sounds awesome. I will now put it along with my car care products. :) I'm going to try it for the interior too instead of the vacuum and see how it does. lol
