I was looking into buying this since it's only $75 and it says that it increases power and fuel efficiency. Should I get it?

I wouldn't. They seem to just make racket with no gains...:dunno:

I run a tbs on my truck simply because I got it for free. If it helps, cool.. if not, I didn't waste any money on it. My truck likes to make loud whistling noises at partial throttle which is sometimes fun.
