DIY: Badgeless Grille and Mesh Grille Mod
There are two DIYs in this thread. Scroll down to see the Mesh Grille Mod.
DIY: Badgeless Grille Instruction
For those who are interested in removing the front emblem and keep the look of the factory grille, this mod is for you. It's easy and very inexpensive.
Tools:
hand saw
sand paper
epoxy
Step 1: Have a fellow Titan owner give you their grille scraps from their grille mod. Only the outer grilles scraps are needed for this mod.
Step 2: Cut out emblem from your grille.
Step 3: Cut out the usable portion from the scrap pieces. I split it into 3 pieces.
Step 4: Attach the 3 pieces to your grille.
*I haven't glued the pieces to the grille yet. I'll post the pics when finished.

DIY: Mesh Grille Instruction
Tools needed:
screwdriver to remove the grille
hacksaw to cut the grille's webbing
wire cutter to shape the 18 gauge wire mesh
gloves
spray can
marker
I bought 2 Steelworks 12"x24" 18 gauge wire mesh from the hardware store (Lowe's)
1. Remove the grille shell from the grille frame. They are just snapped on to
each other.
2. Place the wire mesh on top of the grille holes and use a marker to mark
the cut points. Cut out the wire mesh 1/2" bigger than the 3 grille holes.
Having the mesh grille a little bit larger than the 3 grille holes will keep
the mesh grille from moving around. Also, make sure the grille doesn't
cover any of the tab holes so that the grille shell can snap back on
properly.
3. Cut out the grille webbing from the grille frame.
4. Paint the mesh grille (both sides) and let it dry.
5. Place the 3 mesh grilles in place. No adhesive needed but you can use it.
6. Snap on the grille shell and make sure the grille is straight.
The hardest part for me was cutting and shaping the wire mesh because I didn't have the proper cutting tool.
The second hardest part would be cutting out the grille webbing.
If you have the proper tools this mod is cake.
