Hey bmuscato just curious if you ended up getting any better pics of you T with the dura grapplers on it. I was just wondering because I am really interested in the exact tire you running. Also hoping you may have a little review on what you think about them so far. Thanks in advance.:)

I will try and get some more pics of them this weekend. I love them so far, the ride great and look brand new still. Let me know what you want pics of and I will get them posted up here.I would definately recommend this tire. I think they were $1500 mounted and balanced out he door at Discount Tire.I took a 2 months to get them though.

Thanks for getting back to me. I was just looking for a couple good side pics, pics of the front and some good tread and side wall pics. Lol basically anything that really shows them off. Also have you tried them off road at all just curious because every once in awhile i go off road(nothing to crazy). And lastly are they truly as quiet as they say they are?

Nice looking truck for sure. Let us know your opinion after you get some miles on them.

Thank you both for your support.
Well I have a little over 6000 miles on them and the look brand new except for where I didn't do a big enough pinch weld mod for them on the driver side. That was self inflicted though, thought they weren't gonna be much bigger than my old Terra grapplers but apparently the Terras were more like 33.5s then an actual 35 because they were so worn.To answer your question on are they quiet yes they are but they should be they don't have a knarly tread design. They are pretty tall in the size I have 305/70/18s and the tread is really deep. I'm going to go get them rotated this weekend, gotta make them last. Also the guys at Discount hook it up with free rotating and balancing if you buy there. They took care of me at my local store. Its gonna be hard for me to take some good pic but will try and borrow a camera or get my neighbor (Nordic454) to take some pics for me. I do a little offroading here and there and actually went through some mud the other day no problem even with a trailer. I wouldn't take them on some serious trails though, but you buy these tires knowing that they are pretty much street tires and they excell for towing and are capable of performing in all weather. If your gonna get them you might want to check availability. I waited 2 months for these tires.

Hey thanks for the info. Just curious did you run these tires before your spacers were on and if so what are you wheel specs. Sorry for all the questions, but I am just trying to predict if I will even be able to run the same size tire you have without issues. I have the pwm done and would have to look but I am not sure how much more I can cut out. I already cut out around a 1/2". I know that it will be pushing it but if I get these I won't be doing much crazy offroading. I am fairly certain that I have around an inch of clearance between the tire and pinch weld no less than 3/4" with my current tires with a pretty aggressive sidewall. I think even with the low tread they are a tiny bit over 34" and on my wheels 12.4 wide. once again thanks for all the help.

I never ran those tires on my truck before I got the spacers. I don't think they would rub at all if I didn't have the spacers because with them I have about 7" of backspacing because my wheels are 18X9 with 5" backspacing. I plan on getting my friend to take some pics of the truck tomorrow for you he has a better camera on his phone. I will also try to take one with a tape so you can see exactly how tall the tires are mounted. These are one of the taller 35s. I think you should be ok though I ran 325/65/18 for a while on a 2 1/2" leveling kit. The pinchweld mod I did was not pretty though.

man i greatly appreciate all the help. I can't wait to see the pics. I am going to check tomorrow and see if I can cut more out of my pinch weld(not sure, I think I cut around a 1/2" out of it already) if so I may, just to prep for these tires. I know i have a decent amount of room with my xtreme at's which have a pretty aggressive sidewall on them(the outside of my tires have about an 1/8" of tread yet the center is down to about 4/32 of tread, lol i don't care i got them used for a $100 just to hold me over while saving for new tires). it will be nice to see the measurement of them mounted so i can compare them to my current tire. I am hoping that because they have a very mild sidewall, this will assist in squeezing those monsters under my T. I am sure a lot of people will be in disbelief if i get these to fit. lol.

wow you weren't kidding those do have some serious tread. thanx for hooking me up with some more pics. I was hoping i could ask one last favor from you. Could you try and get me a rough measurement of the diameter and tread width now that there mounted. I am just trying to see how close they are to my current tires measurements. thanx again for all the help.

The tires are 34.5" tall and 10" wide mounted on an 18x9" wheel.

thanx. I was trying to understand how on nittos site it had them measured in at 35.2 because that seem a bit tall. is that measurement from front to back or from the grd to top of tire?

Nittos 35.2" is unmounted and I found out most measurements you get on tires are unmounted. That measurement I gave you is from the the ground to the top of the tire.

well i just compared them to my tires and I am started to doubt them fitting. my tire is at 33" grd to top with about 38-40 psi(mine are also bald). The tread width will definetly help though i am at 10.5 wide compared to the 10 of the dura's. I really like these tires, i guess it will come down to just having discount mount one and see if it fits.

Yeah I'm not suprised, I was shocked when they rubbed on my truck. In my head I thought I could fit some 37s.That was the same deal with me my old Nittos were worn pretty bad when I got them. What part of Az are you at? I come through there sometimes to see my parents in Huachuca City.I have often thought about hitting up one of your guys meets since right now there are no LV meets. I just end up crashin the Cali meets.

lol we'll see i was looking at pics of my pwm and realized i can cut out about another 1/2" and right now I have about a 1/2" gap before I rub. I didn't realize that was all the more I cut out. I guess I was just being overly cautious. Maybe next weekend I will cut out the rest and see how much room I have. I am in peoria az which is just west of phoenix so I am a bit away from where your parents live. wish i was closer to you, i would love meet you and see that mean a$$ T. I know right now we are planning a meet that will be somewhere in the prescott area which is north of phoenix, that you are more than welcome to join. I will keep you updated on it whenever we finalize everything. its looking like it will be sometime next month.
