Not like I haven't had it for the past several years, but now that I have a Titan ('06 CC 4x4), I am going mod crazy.....

So far:
AirRaid (installed)
BDGT (installed)
Spyder CCFL's and HID for all lights (ordered today)
Interior and Rear LED kit (installed)
WeatherTech liners (ordered a week ago. wtf r they? sheez)
Side Steps (gonna install today after work)
Interstate Megatron battery (installed)

Soon:
JBLT's
Cajun B-Pipes
Exhaust
Grounding system
Prolly uprev
Wheels
Tires
Lift
Gears
TruTrac
Traction Bars
Upgrade stereo system
Bumpers

Somebody stop me! lol

If it weren't for all the great info on this board, I would have a lot more money in my pocket, but a stock truck (boo!).

Previously, I went mod crazy on a few other cars....

95 BMW M3 - Active Autowerke turbo system, etc, etc. (sold)
97 BMW M3 - Tons on N/a stuff, suspension, etc. -- Total track car (sold)
2004 Porsche GT3 -- didn't do much expect exhaust delete (fricken awesome - sold)
2008 BMW M3 -- about all I can do without forced induction (current)
1992 Toy 4x4 -- air locker, gears, blah blah blah (sold)

I guess I have had the mod bug for a while. From my first month of owning the Titan, it looks like it will continue!

Just want to give a shout out to the board for being so informative. It's the best board I have even been a part of, and that is saying a lot.

I hear ya man, It bit me again last year when I had to buy the Stllen lt's due to cracked manifolds. Your right this board is awesome and a lot of good guys on here. Have fun with the mods....:)

Welcome aboard. Quite a list of vehicles, that gt3 had to be insane:). The mod bug is definitely going around lol. And definitely a ton of great people around here, ^^^^^this guy is one of them, he's your exhaust hookup. You'll find yourself hanging around the buy/sell section quite a bit. Have fun.

It just bit me too....lol Just bought JBA LT's, Volant CAI with Power Core filter, and at the beginning of the month a set of nightowl's Cajun B-pipes. And then shortly after that, I will be purchasing UpRev. I also have a set of Rockstar rims sitting in the garage I bought a while back waiting for tires, but those will have to wait till I need to replace the current tires. And why is that, because I can't afford the tires now...lol

May your wallet rest in peace....

I know that feeling well, everytime I want to buy soemthing for the truck I have to figure out a way to convince my wife I need it.

FishnAlaska.... btw, nice truck. You got the look I been shooting for pretty much from the beginning. I forgot to mention I spent $2000 on my Leer Topper when I first got the truck...lol I think a Rancho Quiklift leveling kit, Firestone Ride rite air bags for towing, and a bull bar or grill guard will be the last for me. Besides the never ending supplying of tires. I am going to be to deep into this truck to ever sell it.

See, GT3 Tim... I think it is an actual sickness for us Titan owners. Especially when finding this forum.

Glad to be a part of it, and hope to contribute as well!

As for the mods...I am one on a BMW board (M3post.com), so I THINK I can stay out of trouble here...maybe!

The GT3, yes, it was insane. The car was totally geared toward the track (even in stock form), and that is what I bought it for and why. The car was fricken amazing on the track, but beat the snot out of you on the street. Mechanically, the car was bullet proof, but consumable expenses were high. Rear tires would last 4K, if I was lucky. At $400 each, I went through my fair share of rubber, and that was with stock alignment settings....not even with aggressive camber and toe. I got burnt out on it though. I was tracking it and instructing almost weekly for over 3 years. I guess I just got bored of all of that. Sold it and bought another M3 in 2008 (sedan version--got a kid that requires trips to soccer, etc, etc). After about 10 years of tracking, I guess I was done! lol I never took the 2008 M3 to the track (although I tracked the hell out of the 95 and 97 M's). Now I am happy just cruising in my T, with an occasional blast in the M. I am looking forward to "personalizing" it, as I did with all my other cars. lol

That reminds me, I installed my Aries side steps last night, in the rain. My 5' tall wife was having problems getting in and out. lol I am pretty pleased with the construction of them. Pretty damn sturdy and install was straight forward. One gripe is that they are not quite "level" side to side (vs. front to rear). I could not get them level as the bracket just doesn't have enough adjustability. I may elongate the holes a bit when I am bored.

Sorry for the long rant....I can talk cars all day.

Thanks for the warm welcome. You all seem like a bunch of enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful people. This is going to be fun.

So how does the T run with that stuff without uprev? I was thinking I may try JBLT's and b-pipes without custom tuning, but was curious how the truck would run.

I do have a "tuner" friend with a dyno...he has done A LOT of work for me in the past. Just not sure I want to go there yet. As soon as I step foot in there, I know it's going to get more and more expensive as when we start talking shop, I know I will have a long list of mods in my future. lol

Couldn't tell you how it runs with out the UpRev with any of those mods on yet. Or mainly the LT's and Cajun's. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and was looking into a few problems I have on here with my truck. Caught the same bug as you did. Started purchasing the parts for my near future return. I have read a few accounts of guys having luck with running everything with out a UpRev tune, but not too many. I am not sure if those guy's was reading the AF's or not. Others have said to have to be running on the rich side, others running on the lean side, and others running like crap. Even if it felt right, and the AF's was reading good I would still go with the UpRev tune to get the most out of those modifications.

I see....thanks for the info!

Safe travels to you my friend....

I got that bug too dude. Hey if you got the money do what makes you happy. Mod that Titan up and let that baby ROAR!!! +2 on Nightowl for exhaust and the b-pipes. I plan on ordering mine from him ASAP..:)

A titan with headers is almost required to have uprev also to correct the lean or rich afr's. Some flex fuel titans can get by without uprev but need to have the afr checked or you could damage the motor. I just run the bdgt but im considered lucky since my afr's post headers was good at 12.2 and didn't require uprev. Still may get uprev one day when I have the extra funds.
