Contact a retro company and tell them what you want. There are a few guys here who can do that for you.

If a retrofit set is out of your budget, just get the ones on eBay and don't wire in the halos.
Doin that you won't get a good hid projector. Bought mine thinking of "HID projectors" found out that they are made for halogen. This is why I get high beamed and can't adjust them correctly.

OPs concerns were more of the halos. Thanks for mentioning though the halogen projectors in those eBay lights aren't that great with HIDs. Not a lot of members admit to that.

Stay away v from ebay projector lights, so many different issues with them, aiming, poor seals which leads to moisture, if you were to wire up the halos and leds many of them go out with time. Either anzo or retrofit ir your own headlight mod, where you take it apart and un-chrome them then paint them the color of your choice, many users here do that mod, fairly simple

if you don't care for output, quality, looks then get EBAY ones lol. Otherwise retrofit it. We have some delusional members who believe ebay ones are okay lol.

Not that great? They suck bro. Here's a pic of halos in them in a evening. Not really bright at all. If your wanting a light to look cool and have halos at night. These are fine. If you want performace call a retrofit place

Edit I also apoxyed mine shut with some kind from advance cause the drew moistiure too.

I've just joined HIDplanet to get some insight as to how to tackle my first Retrofit...stoked! Between the folks over at HIDP and TRS I'm feeling very confident and just working out the parts list. So far i've managed to source a second set of headlights to work on, FX-R 3.0 Projectors, Panamera shrouds, 120mm amber LED Halo rings for under $350. I can't wait to get started on this project next month (or sooner hopefully).

I am actually working on a set of my own right now as well. Got me a set of 2012 headlights locally for my 06, bought most of my parts so far from the retrofit source. I'm gonna run 3" fxr's for lows and mini h1's for highs, hidden halo on the lows, and a couple other hidden strips inside the housing.
I've got everything tore down and paint matched, holes cut for the projectors, I just need a few parts to complete it.

I am almost done with mine, I just ordered some more parts that I decided I wanted to add after I started. Once those get here it should take me long to finish up.

Online store for lighting, be prepared to spend some cash if your gunna buy from them, but the quality is superb

Something like this?

These are DEPO's with Mini D2S projectors from The Retrofit Source Inc and Apollo shrouds.
