to install your 2 inch spacer with the total chaos a-arms?
PrerunnerGreg said:alvaro, that is on the list. It wouldnt have the performance of the coilover, but wold be very similar to just the levleing kit, the best part is that it could be "added" to the leveling kit for a minimal price. This kit would include new hardware for the leveing kit, a billet spacer that would bolt to the levleing kit, upper a-arms, and limit straps, and bumpstop spacer, should be around $650, that would get the truck to around 3.5" of lift and still ride at least as good as stock. Then upgrading to the coilovers when the factory struts eventually wear-out will be easy and offer the best ride available while still being able to sell your old leveling kit.
now adding the extention kit, or even the 2" kit, have any premature wearing-out of the strut(s)?PrerunnerGreg said:alvaro, that is on the list. sweet....this is exactly what i was hoping for. Hopefully I will be able to slowly piece the performance kit with the coilovers. $650 sounds alot more doable to me than the $1800. i know that the 650 doesn't include the deavers and bilsteins, but it would give me a starting point.PrerunnerGreg said:alvaro, that is on the list. K-mu, i have a limit strap upgrade for your application now, it does require you to drill a 9/16 hole in the front of the coilbucket though. This will be an option with the leveling kits very soon. most people never notice the the noise, QUOTE]
Greg: do this limit straps help avoid the large thump/shake of the dashboard when the suspension bottoms out when going over large speed bumps or holes?
THX in advance
hi greg....is this 3-3.5 kit already available you were talking about in the above thread??? that would be good if it is..or if you plan on having it how soon would that be..?PrerunnerGreg said:alvaro, that is on the list.
