Ok so I'm wanting a different sound on my titan and I don't have 600$ to spend on a whole system so I had an idea pop into my head last night. Could I just take everything off after the B pipe (Muffler, tail pipe) and have it with that setup without hurting the engine? Just put in your 2 cents thanks guys

You need to call me as I build a complete cat back exhaust and I live in Shreveport. Cajun Bpipes | shreveport, LA 71129 Your welcome to come by and listen to and look at my Titan just give me a call.

No I would not suggest doing that. First off what year is your t? You could do something as simple as a muffler swap and it will be an improvement over stock. The other option is to just save up for a catback. I would highly recommend Cajun. I love all of my Cajun products.

It's an 06..I've considered just deletein the muffler permanently. Is there any negative reason why I shouldn't do this ?

I don't suggest it, but hey it's your truck do what you want. If you like CIS and just want loud drone you may get what you are looking for. If you insist on doing it at least put a turn down on it so it gets directed towards the ground and doesn't burn anything up.

^^^^ best idea, especially since you are neighbors lol

If you still want to experiment, I would get rid of that y-pipe as well, but put on some kind of resonators and then, like osiris said, direct the exhausts towards the ground.

Another thing I forgot to mention is if you play your cards right and are patient you can find the jba and Gibson side swept catbacks on sale for right around $400 shipped. Just have to keep an eye out for a sale.
