its called tailight smoke. it comes in an aerosol can. i was going to use window tint but that isnt going to last long considering its meant for the inside of a vehice.

Tinting doesn't mean I used "window" tint.. It's thick rubbery tint..

lookin good.... i'm gonna throw out the old "roll pan"... i think that'd smooth you right out...

i kinda wanted a roll pan, but i like the bumper as a step... maybe a roll pan with a step bar below, but that kinda kills the point.... decisions decisions.

I thought about doing the same thing to my white kc! I thought it would look pretty sick to take the emblems off and have them powdercoated black. It would be a nice touch if the beer pong table would let you have them back. Also i am not sure if you blacked out your 3rd brake light (hard to tell from pic), but that would be sick too.

Just a few ideas (and you should pc the grill black for sure)

yea im getting the full billet grill soon the one that replaces everything. it will be painted black as well

Where did you buy the spray? Was it hard to put on evenly? I assume you sprayed it with clear after?

they sell it here in vegas at a place called Total Eclipse. its called Nightshades Taillight Smoke. if your good at painting and can distinguish texture well then its easy. and yes it has 5 coats of clear.

Reinforced fishing line, anything you can slide under the emblems that wont scratch the paint.. And no there's no holes, just use 'Goo-gone' to get the sticky off.

sannis do ur research.. that is the probably most over-used topic on this entire site... look in the search box and u will find that heat + something like a small fishing line, and some goo gone will work and there is no holes on the tail gate besides the burger and the door emblems r fine too.
