Rear shocks are super easy. Fronts aren't terrible, and that's coming from a 50yr old guy who did them entirely solo with a vise and spring compressors to swap the springs! Plan to take an hour to 90min for the first front side, then about 45min to an hour for the second. Also, I did UCAs at the same time, and I'd highly recommend disconnecting the spindle (really a kingpin) from the UCA for ease of in/out of the strut. That's one nut and a dead blow hammer, so it's easy. Then torque everything back with the truck on the ground and you'll be all set.
Oh, and I rented two sets of compressors and used three of the threaded compressors on the coil, so it was more labor but easier labor to get them compressed and decompressed. I used a second wrench to hold the spring and compressors in place when decompressing initially for reinstall. And I used a couple of box end wrenches to hold the top strut mount steady when getting the center nut loose/tight for the strut. Drop the box end over one stud, and brace against the adjacent stud to keep stuff aligned and not turning.
It's harder on paper than in real life.
