Thanks. I'll pass that along. I think that's the only thing keeping him out of the bankruptcy courts.
lol, the form to use is literally on the top of this page.

That's odd. Did he apply for any relief? I heard some landlords and small business owners are supposed to get paid. Hell, a guy in florida (IIRC) was busted for gaming the system, the SOB bilked the disaster relief fund for something in the millions. They confiscated a Tesla and other high end items that he had bought with the money. If he says he's "too proud" to get any money, then the loss rent is the end result. I played that card during my first layoff from General Motors, and while I felt proud that I didn't apply for unemployment, it also became extremely difficult to pay the bills.

Tell him to look for landlord websites that can offer help. Even if he gets a no interest loan, that's something. Business Assistance for Landlords During COVID-19 That's one resource.
yes but the help for landlords is more limited and not as easy to get as for tenants

Long time lurker, first time poster. I finally picked up a gun metal '13 Pro 4x! I overpaid for it because I wanted it, dumb. Picked her up in MI and drover her back to TN with zero issues. Currently sits just shy of 130k. Long story short, I basically bought the truck sight unseen with the sales rep as my "eyes and ears", knowing there are going to be issues, but I wanted this truck. Any who, I have a list of to-do's. Full exhaust and headers from Cajun B is at the top right now. She is a bit rusty underneath, assume the winter roads from up north played a a part. Taking a look at the right rear, appears its blown the axle seal, so add seals to the list. From the forum experience, what's the best course of action? Just do seals and send it? Rebuild/replace differential? Is this a case of I won't know until I get it apart? Truck was in a previous accident, driveshaft to the rear looks "new". Just looking for some guidance as a new owner. Thanks.

Looking at possibly replacing the front end components, thoughts on Detroit Axle or Mevotech Supreme components? Probably slap some BS 5100's all around. Looking for some '13-15' pro4x wheels too.

Welcome to the family! Dysfunctional as it may sometimes be, lol.

I started my Titan addiction about a year ago with a 2012 SL. There's a great group of people here with a lot of knowledge to share.

Don't be discouraged by thread drift. It happens frequently, but that's part of the fun around here.

Think about starting a thread to chronical the changes and improvements to your truck. It's fun to see how your ride evolves over time.

Please don't revive 15 year old necro-threads. Chances are the OP isn't even around anymore.

Never use shiny tire dressing. It makes a mess, looks bad, reduces horsepower, and causes halitosis and erectile dysfunction. ( :p @TitanSSOul)

We do drift from time to time. We're easily distracted. Shiny objects and blinky lights will definitely do it. Someone usually snaps us out our trance and gets us back on topic.

I can't see why you guys are cluttering up a perfectly good political thread with all this truck talk...

Wait till we ask him if he's going to use Premium or Regular gas, and if he plans on going full synthetic or standard oil changes. I'm keeping an eye out for his thread on "How do you turn off thread notifications?" so I can post questions about his new truck. :p

Only a fascist would conflate trucks and teslas. Or a communist. Or a pinko. You Red, boy? :p:p:p

(Probably just showed my age there, eh?)
