very depressed.... was looking to get the 2008 LE CC 4x4 Long Bed in Black, BUT! apparently my truck is only worth $12,600 and there is nothing wrong with it, mint condition! Only 55k miles. Looks like I'll have to keep it until it dies...

only 55k...

Based on the model year it's almost 20k a year. I would say that is a lot of wear and tear in 3 years. Doesnt surprise me. I did mine recently and it's still over $20k. I have 16k miles on mine

Think about how I feel about my custom lifted '00 Frontier CC.

There's just no love.

The rebates on the new truck have a big effect too. I looked to trade up too and decided I'll wait until 2009 models arrive.

I guess I was lucky. IIRC, the insurance paid me $21000 for my 2004 CC 2x4 BT SE with 52,000 miles on it

Insurance and TRUE market value is the difference. Ins. uses book value, not market value. SE and 2wd is killin ya the most.
