2010 rear passenger brake clapping/chattering

Over the past month I have been hearing a clap or chatter from the rear passenger wheel. There isn't any degradation in performance or any obvious damage happening. Just bugging me when I hear it. Only happens after stopping and starting again for maybe 10 seconds. Any thoughts on what this can be and has anyone else had this or have this happening? All I can think is brakes clapping after being engaged. Thanks

Sounds like parts from your e-brake are loose in there. I'd pull the rotor and check.

Rear rotors are easy to remove. Can't recall if you have to pull both caliper bolts or just one and flip it out of the way, but either way, easy to remove.

David, did you ever figure out what the problem was? I have a 2012 Titan and it sounds like almost exactly how you described yours. It is like running over a piece of flat metal in the road at a very low speed, right before stopping. In fact, I have notice that when I stop, exit the vehicle and shut the door, sometimes you hear this same sound. It is clearly coming from a wheel area. however, I have heard it on both sides of the vehicle. Weird!
