New and remanufactured transmissions for this truck are on back order, had to replace with one used! Truck also wouldn’t start at times, thought it may need a battery, so I had Nissan installed a new one for $200, however problem continued, and I take the truck back to Nissan, they couldn’t reproduce the problem and why the truck was not starting at times, and sometimes not starting at all. So it was decided that the starter should be replaced, of course new starters are not available but on back order, had to replace with a Re manufactured one for $1500. Hopefully this help someone with their Titan…

when they put a new engine in my truck, last december, they also replaced the starter. they said it was starting slow. i never noticed but its been good so far. no transmission issues since i have owned this truck but who knows what was replaced when the original owner had it.
