It’s why it’s called a “come on” price.
Those offers are with every possible incentive tacked on, are you a recent college grad, in the military, do you belong to the teachers union etc, it’s basically impossible to fit all the categories but it does allow them to offer it even through nobody can qualify. They want you in the chair, they prefer not to do it over the phone, they even play a dealers game of four square, where they play with numbers on a sheet of paper divided into quarters.
Wait until they give their documentation fee, widow etching, paint sealant, they have to make up for it somehow. Call a dealer like that one that and ask what all the discounts are, what it takes to meet the criteria and how much it cost out the door and rolling down the road.
There is always the game of you (any buyer) being given a loan and them calling back days later saying there is a problem getting it funded but for a higher rate it’s all good. They do this for a living, they have many ways to get extra money from the customer.
Id be astounded if they’d sell it at that price to anyone walking in.
